About Nickita Starck

Who I Am Beneath the Titles

I’ve never fit neatly into a box, and I no longer try.

I’ve been a birthkeeper, speaker, Substack writer, musician, trauma specialist, and strategist. But beneath it all, my work has always been the same: helping people return to who they really are beneath the noise.

I work with leaders, seekers, mothers, and healers. People who are outwardly successful but inwardly exhausted. People who’ve outgrown the performance. People who are ready to live and lead from truth.

This isn’t coaching. It’s not therapy. It’s nervous system recalibration. It’s real-time identity work. It’s the moment your masks fall away and something steadier takes their place.

I’ve supported thousands of women through pregnancy and trauma. I’ve spoken on international stages, trained hundreds of doulas, and worked with executive teams to reshape how they operate. But none of that matters if I’m not embodied when I sit across from you.

The truth is: I’ve lived this work. I’ve lost parts of myself to burnout, motherhood, pressure, and pain, and rebuilt them through presence, awareness, and deep regulation. What I offer isn’t a technique. It’s a lived transmission.

If something in you is stirring, trust it. That’s where we begin.

Image of woman looking strong and powerful

Nickita Starck is a leadership recalibrator, nervous system strategist, and identity mentor for leaders, creatives, and conscious women navigating deep transition.

She specialises in helping high-functioning individuals drop the mask, break performance-based cycles, and return to their real centre, through nervous system regulation, trauma pattern repair, and identity recalibration.

Nickita is the founder of When Push Comes to Shove, the UK’s first decentralised maternity support network. She has trained hundreds of doulas, supported thousands of women, and spoken on global stages about sovereignty, birth, and embodied leadership.

Her Substack Awakened Self Healers ranks in the global top 15 for Health & Wellness, and her work has been featured on high-impact podcasts and executive leadership panels. A former Sony-signed recording artist, Nickita blends energetic presence, physiological precision, and lived emotional depth, bringing a rare frequency into boardrooms, retreats, and private sessions alike.

Her clients range from CEOs and creatives to emotionally aware women in burnout or reinvention. She’s not here to fix anyone, but to hold the kind of space that helps people remember who they were before they started performing.

My Core Values

Truth Before Performance

I don’t believe in polishing over pain. We name what’s real — and move from there.

Nervous System First

All real transformation begins with safety in the body. Without that, it’s just performance.

Presence Over Persona

Your presence is more powerful than any strategy. When you’re regulated, people feel it.

Depth, Not Drama

This isn’t about intensity. It’s about honest, steady change that lasts.

No Pedestals, No Fixing

You are not broken. I am not your guru. We walk together — and you lead your own way home.

Mission Statement

My mission is to help people lead from their centre, not their survival patterns.

Whether through leadership recalibration, emotional healing, or birth sovereignty, my work is rooted in one truth: when you feel safe in your body, you stop performing and start living.

I’m here to dismantle urgency, dissolve over-functioning, and restore the kind of presence that doesn’t need to shout to be felt. This is leadership without the mask. Healing without the pedestal. Clarity without the chaos.

My work is guided by coherence, truth, and the deep belief that you already have what you need, we just have to clear what’s in the way.

“Working with Nickita in this cohort has been one of the most unexpected highlights for me.
She has this unique ability to connect with people on a deep, emotional level—not in a
performative or “coaching” way, but in a way that actually helps people tap into what’s really
going on beneath the surface. It’s not therapy, it’s not mindset work — it’s something more
embodied and intuitive.

Nickita helps people safely explore the parts of themselves they’ve buried or hidden, often
out of necessity. And in doing so, she creates the space for real, lasting shifts — not just
intellectually, but physically, emotionally, and energetically.

I tend to be pretty sceptical about people in the personal development or healing space —
the language can feel a bit vague or overly packaged. But with Nickita, I felt something
different right away. There’s a clarity and a quiet confidence in how she shows up, and it’s
obvious she deeply understands the work she’s doing.

I’ve learned a lot from her already, and I know there’s so much more to come.”

David Lonergan, Framework Recruitment

“After attending couples therapy sessions with a local counsellor. I began to realised how much
would benefit from personal therapy. I was very aware that I had childhood wounds and
blockages that were getting in the way of my personal and professional growth. I knew needed to do ‘the inner work’ but didn’t quite know how…I intuitively felt that I needed more than standard counselling and I was looking for alternatives. I then turned to Nickita and instantly felt drawn to work with her. From the minute we started our work together I could feel shifts, revelations and deep insights. The personal growth that I have experienced has been profound.

It’s like Nickita has propelled me into another version of myself. Her calmness, acceptance, compassion and love have been nurturing and validating. The way she holds space has meant that I have felt safe to make large shifts, which is why I am sure the transformations have been so great. In a just four sessions, I felt that I had done a years worth of work. I am continuing my work with Nickita, to further unravel and understand myself and I’m excited at what the future holds. Thank you so much Nickita, you are a gem and I feel so blessed to have you walk alongside me as I get to know myself, remember who I am, and free myself to become the person I am meant to be!”
